History of Lighthouse Seafood & Deli

Opened in 2005 in the beautiful façade of the Supreme Seafood wholesale building, the Lighthouse has established itself as the premier seafood retailer in central Maryland. At the Lighthouse, the bounty of the sea is at your fingertips. Lighthouse offers only the finest in fresh and frozen seafood available. The close relationship between the wholesale and retail operations ensures that only the freshest of the fresh make it into our cases. When you are shopping the Lighthouse you can be sure that you are buying pristine quality product that is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our shucked oysters are packed on premises with highly trained HAACP directors on staff to ensure superior quality oysters are presented for sale.

Fresh steamed Blue Crabs are available year round. The enormous buying power of our wholesale operation ensures that only the meatiest hard crabs arrive at your picnics and parties.
Our Deli features Boar’s Head brand meats and cheeses, fresh salads made in-store, and fresh cut steaks for your grill. Try our line of fresh pork sausages from the “Trout’s Sausage Shop”. Also available for your enjoyment is a line of wild game meats like rabbit, fallow deer, elk, and bison.
